- Confirmation that you have added our team as admin users to your Apple Developer Account
- Your Google Play Account name (Business/Corporation Name)
- Confirmation that you have added our team as admin users to your Google Play Developer Account
- Your public website URL & contact page URL
- Confirmation that you have uploaded your Privacy Policy & Terms and Conditions into your community
