IMPORTANT: Adding System Users is different from adding community members. To add new community members, you will either want them to go to your register page to register themselves, or you can add them by opening the Community Panel (Blue Dashboard).

How To Add System Users

Adding individual users to your Jedari account is as easy as wielding a magic wand (well, almost). Whether you're the Owner, Admin or Super Admin, you have the power to make it happen!

Here's your step-by-step guide to summoning new community members:

  1. Enter the Dashboard and look for the System Users icon in the sidebar. It's your gateway to user creation!
  2. Ready for the magic touch? Click on "Add". You can also access System Users -> List and click "+Add" at the top right corner.
  3. Activate the user by toggling the "Enabled" switch. Activate or deactivate their access with a flick of your wrist.
  4. Enter the user's first and last names, along with their email address (the key to their future company account). 
  5. Set their password, confirm it with a mighty click, and sprinkle in some additional user information for good measure. Make sure to send this to them after they're created! 
  6. Select the appropriate User Role
  7. Enter in the correct Time Zone, because even superheroes need to know when to save the day. This setting affects the user individually, making sure they're in sync with their surroundings.
  8. Unleash the power of "Submit"! Watch as the new System user materializes before your eyes in the list of active users.
