Managing Your Users' Subscriptions
Note: You can also manage your members' subscriptions from your Stripe account.

Change Plan
To change a member's plan, you will need to have their credit card information on file. Here's how to change a member's plan:
- Navigate to your Community Users List in the Blue Panel
- Search for the user you want to update
- From the Action Menu to the right of their name, click on Edit
- Scroll to Billing section at the bottom. Check the Change Subscription box
- Make the plan change, select their credit card, and hit submit.
Free User Access
If you don't have someone's card information but want them to have free access, simply edit their user profile and check on the Free Access switch.
This will grant them free access to everything within your community, even if you have groups behind paywalls.
If you'd prefer for them to have free limited access, we recommend setting up a Free Plan. Just let them know that they will have to enter their credit card, but will NOT be charged.

Jedari Back Office: Understanding User Billing vs. My Billing
In your Jedari Admin Dashboards, you have two sections where you can manage billing.
User Billing: Between You and Your Users
- From the Orange Dashboard, you can look at payments and subscriptions made from your members.
- From the Blue Dashboard, you can look at payments, subscriptions, and set up Plans for your community.
- As we use Stripe to collect payments, your user billing can also be managed through your Stripe account.
My Billing: Between You and Jedari
- My Billing is your personal overview of billing details related to your Jedari subscription. It provides a clear summary of the charges and payments processed by Jedari for your subscription specifically. Keep track of your payment history and stay informed about your financial interactions with Jedari.

Subscriptions and Payments Simplified
Let's clarify the difference between subscriptions and payments. A user can have one subscription but make multiple payments towards it.
For instance, if a user has been an active subscriber for 7 months, that would be one subscription with a total of 7 payments made over time.
- Subscription: A recurring membership billed in regular intervals
- Payments: Individual transactions contributing to that subscription.
Unlocking the Subscriptions and Payments Sections
The Subscriptions and Payments sections within your Jedari Back Office provide valuable insights to guide you through your financial journey. Here's what you'll find:
- Billing details: Identify who the subscription is billed to, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
- Payment method info: Get insights into the payment methods used by your users, such as debit cards, credit cards, or Stripe.
- Product/Plan Details: Dive into the specifics of each subscription level, understanding the associated benefits and features.
- Order Summary: Gain a comprehensive overview of Stripe account details, plan names, prices, quantities, and the total billing amount.
- General Information: Stay informed about essential financial data, including currency, total order value, amount paid, and application fees.
